What You’ll Do
Core Responsibilities
Provide one-on-one and group coaching sessions via Zoom, Microsoft Teams, or other high-definition video conferencing platforms
Integrate analytics platforms like Google Data Studio and Tableau to measure employee progress and adjust coaching plans accordingly
Develop digital wellness roadmaps that align with company OKRs using systems like Asana and Notion
Facilitate weekly webinars, online fitness classes, and mindfulness workshops that boost daily engagement
Customize coaching interventions based on metrics tracked through Fitbit, Apple Health, WHOOP, and MyFitnessPal integrations
Analyze and report on coaching outcomes using KPIs, including stress reduction, absenteeism, presenteeism, and mental health scores
Collaborate cross-functionally with HR leaders using tools like BambooHR and Workday to deliver cohesive, scalable wellness programming
Offer real-time, multilingual coaching support with the help of AI-enhanced chatbots and automated daily check-ins

✨ Key Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in a health-related field such as Nutrition, Psychology, Exercise Science, or Public Health
Minimum of 2 years of experience as a wellness or health coach, preferably in a virtual setting
Certification from recognized institutions such as ACE, NASM, NBHWC, or Wellcoaches
Familiarity with wellness data platforms, biometric analysis, and digital health ecosystems
Excellent communication and leadership abilities that consistently encourage engagement and inspire individuals to inspire change
Knowledge of global wellness trends, remote-first coaching, and digital behavior change models
Experience working across various cultures and time zones
