1. Safe Transportation: Safely transport passengers to their desired destinations within Mumbai and surrounding areas, adhering to all traffic regulations and company policies.
2. Vehicle Maintenance: Regularly inspect and maintain the assigned vehicle to ensure it is in good working condition. Report any mechanical issues promptly to management for repairs.
3. Route Planning: Plan and follow the most efficient routes to minimize travel time and fuel consumption. Utilize GPS and navigation tools to enhance driving efficiency.
4. Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to passengers. Assist them with luggage, ensure their comfort during the ride, and maintain a positive demeanor at all times.
5. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of trips, including mileage, fuel consumption, and any incidents that occur during transportation. Ensure all required documentation is submitted promptly.
6. Timeliness: Arrive on time for scheduled pickups and adhere to deadlines for deliveries. Communicate effectively with management regarding any delays or changes in schedule.
7. Safety Protocols: Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure the well-being of passengers and other road users. Engage in defensive driving practices at all times.
8. emergency response: Be prepared to handle emergencies, including vehicle breakdowns and medical situations, ensuring the safety of all passengers until help arrives.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of driving experience in Mumbai or similar urban environments.
• Licenses: Valid Indian driver’s license (Category C) with a clean driving record.
• Skills: Strong knowledge of Mumbai roads, traffic rules, and vehicle maintenance.
• Communication: Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (additional languages are a plus).
• Personal Attributes: Reliability, punctuality, and a strong commitment to safety and customer service.
