Human Resources Specialist

  1. Recruitment and Onboarding: Lead the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to conducting interviews and facilitating onboarding activities. Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. Ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new hires, providing them with the necessary tools and resources to succeed from day one.
  2. Employee Relations: Serve as a trusted advisor to employees and management on various HR-related matters, including performance management, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions. Foster a culture of open communication and mutual respect, addressing employee concerns and grievances in a timely and empathetic manner.
  3. Training and Development: Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and competencies, aligning them with organizational goals and objectives. Identify training needs through performance evaluations and feedback mechanisms, offering opportunities for professional growth and career development.
  4. Compensation and Benefits: Administer compensation and benefits programs, ensuring they are competitive, equitable, and compliant with applicable laws and regulations. Conduct salary benchmarking and analysis to maintain market competitiveness and enhance employee satisfaction and retention.
  5. HR Administration: Oversee various HR administrative tasks, including maintaining employee records, processing payroll, and managing HRIS systems. Stay abreast of legal and regulatory requirements governing employment practices, ensuring compliance at all times.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in HR roles, with a strong understanding of HR best practices and principles.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Proficiency in HRIS software and MS Office Suite.
  • Knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
  • Certification in Human Resources (e.g., PHR, SPHR) is a plus.
