Key Responsibilities
1. HR Technology Integration & Optimization

Oversee the
implementation and integration of HRIS, ATS, payroll, benefits, and other HR software solutions.
β
Configure system workflows to ensure interoperability and alignment with business processes.
β
Conduct system audits and recommend technology upgrades to enhance performance.
β
Troubleshoot
integration challenges, system inconsistencies, and performance issues.
β
Collaborate with external vendors and internal IT teams to drive system enhancements.
2. Process Automation & Workflow Efficiency
β
Design and implement
automation solutions to enhance HR processes and reduce manual effort.
β
Work with IT and HR teams to integrate
AI-driven automation tools for recruitment, onboarding, and payroll.
β
Optimize business process automation (BPA) strategies to improve system efficiency.
β
Regularly assess and refine automated workflows for maximum accuracy and impact.
3. Data Management, Reporting & Analytics
β
Maintain
HR data integrity, ensuring consistency and accuracy across multiple systems.
β
Develop
custom reports and dashboards to support data-driven HR decision-making.
β
Ensure
seamless data synchronization between HR systems and other business applications.
β
Leverage analytics tools to identify trends, optimize HR operations, and improve workforce management.
4. Stakeholder Collaboration & Support

Act as a bridge between
HR, IT, Finance, and Compliance teams, ensuring HR technology meets organizational needs.

Translate business requirements into
technical solutions that align with company objectives.
β
Guide system configurations that optimize HR operations.
β
Ensure HR technology initiatives align with broader
digital transformation strategies.
5. Compliance, Security & Risk Management
β
Ensure all HR technology solutions comply with
global data privacy regulations such as GDPR, CCPA, and HIPAA.

Implement robust security measures to safeguard
confidential employee data and prevent breaches.
β
Conduct
regular security audits and risk assessments to detect vulnerabilities.
β
Stay current on
compliance standards and recommend industry best practices.
6. Training, Documentation & User Support

Develop and lead
training sessions for HR teams on system functionalities and best practices.
β
Create comprehensive user manuals, FAQs, and troubleshooting guides to support end-users.

What You Bring
Experience & Skills
Essential Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in HR systems integration, technology implementation, or HRIT consulting.
- In-depth knowledge of HRIS platforms like Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, or ADP.
- Strong understanding of API integrations, middleware solutions, and cloud-based HR software.
- Expertise in data mapping, workflow automation, and business process optimization.
- Excellent analytical skills for assessing HR technology needs and developing scalable solutions.
- Strong problem-solving, project management, and communication skills.
Education & Certifications
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelorβs degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Certifications in HR systems (e.g., Workday, SAP, Oracle) or IT project management (e.g., PMP, Agile, Six Sigma).
- Additional training in data security, business intelligence tools, and HR analytics is advantageous.
