Key Responsibilities

Lead Exciting Fishing Excursions

• Teach various fishing techniques, from casting to reeling in catches.
• Navigate boats safely through lakes, rivers, and coastal waters.
• Provide insights on prime fishing locations based on weather and seasons.

Ensure Client Engagement & Safety

• Offer an enjoyable and informative experience for guests at all skill levels.
• Implement and follow safety protocols to ensure the well-being of all participants.
• Be prepared to assist in emergencies, including administering first aid if necessary.

Maintain Equipment & Boats

• Keep fishing equipment in top condition and ready for use.
• Organize and prepare rods, reels, bait, tackle, and safety gear before each trip.
• Perform safety checks and routine maintenance on boats to ensure functionality.

Follow Regulations & Promote Conservation

• Adhere to local fishing laws, permits, and environmental regulations.
• Educate clients on ethical and sustainable fishing practices.

Essential Qualifications
