Responsibilities of a Field Officer
Community Outreach
- Build strong relationships with local communities, schools, and academic institutions
- Conduct educational awareness drives and student mobilization campaigns
Scholarship Program Promotion
- Distribute campaign literature and digital materials
- Explain scholarship details, benefits, and application processes to target audiences
✏️ Reporting and Documentation
- Maintain records of student engagement and outreach outcomes
- Submit daily and weekly activity reports with key metrics and observations
Candidate Assistance
- Help students understand eligibility criteria and application guidelines
- Offer on-ground and virtual support throughout the registration process
⚙️ Event Coordination
- Plan and execute awareness events in schools and communities
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure resource availability and setup
