What You’ll Do, and Why It Matters

  • Step in quietly to solve minor problems before they become big ones
  • Notice details—like a window left open, or a favorite mug that needs washing
• Cook
  • Prepare meals that are nourishing and suited to the family’s tastes, diets, and customs.
  • Plan for festivals, guests, or busy weeks, using both traditional and new recipes.
  • Help keep the kitchen safe and organized by using the tools the household prefers.
• Babysitter / Nanny
  • Support children with homework, creative play, and safe routines
  • Listen closely, notice moods, and update parents with real stories from each day
  • Balance fun with boundaries, making sure every child feels seen and heard
