What Your Days Might Look Like

Some mornings, you’ll be plotting out campaign ideas—sometimes wild, sometimes practical, never dull. One day, it’s writing posts or stories for our feeds. Another day, you’re swapping ideas with designers or the product team. You’ll tweak headlines, launch ads, experiment with search keywords, and check what’s working (and what isn’t). Maybe you’ve run paid ads before. Perhaps you haven’t. We’ll show you the ropes—whether it’s Facebook, Google, or the next new thing. SEO, hashtags, catchy emails, quirky memes, simple blog posts, thoughtful replies to comments—it all matters. If you like figuring out why one post goes viral and another flops, you’ll fit right in. You’ll get into the habit of looking at numbers, not just for the sake of it, but actually to make things better. Find patterns, celebrate wins, learn from mistakes, and move quickly. It’s hands-on, sometimes a bit messy, and never “just routine.”

Who Can Apply?

Don’t worry about ticking every box. If you have completed your education (12th pass or higher), are between 18 and 50 years old, and have the curiosity to try something new, you’re welcome here. We’re open to all genders, all backgrounds—if you have a story to tell, let’s hear it. Maybe you:

• Love scrolling Instagram, YouTube, or Twitter, and sometimes wonder, “Why did this blow up?”
• I have ideas for posts, but I haven’t had a place to try them out yet.
• Are you a spreadsheet person or just a “let’s try it and see” type—either is good.
• Like working with others, but also know how to manage your own projects.
• Ask questions (even the weird ones) because you want to learn.

Freshers? Great. Been at this a while? Even better. What matters most is how you approach the work, not how many years you’ve done it.
