Key Responsibilities
Construction & Installation
- Analyze construction plans, schematics, and project requirements to establish guidelines for the project.

- Measure, cut, and assemble materials for frameworks, walls, furniture, etc.
- Install doors, staircases, windows, and flooring following safety and quality standards.
- Shape and smooth materials for finishing and installation.
- Operate power and hand tools safely and effectively.
⚠️ Safety & Compliance
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and industry regulations.
- Maintain compliance with OSHA standards and best practices.
- ⚙️ Maintain tools and machinery to ensure efficiency and longevity.
- Identify and report potential safety hazards.
- Adopt safe lifting and handling methods to minimize risks of injury.
Teamwork & Project Coordination
- Collaborate with construction professionals, including architects, electricians, and plumbers.
- Communicate effectively with team members to meet project goals and deadlines.
- Maintain an organized workspace and proper storage of materials.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to apprentices as needed.
Qualifications & Requirements
Education & Experience
- ✅ Demonstrated expertise in carpentry or a related field.
- High school diploma or equivalent; carpentry certification is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of woodworking techniques, tools, and materials.
Skills & Abilities
- Proficiency in framing, finishing, and cabinetry.
- Ability to interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Physical stamina and capability to lift heavy materials.
