Position Overview: The Campus Recruiter will be critical in attracting, engaging, and hiring high-potential candidates from universities and colleges. - Campus Recruitment Strategy:
- Develop and implement comprehensive campus recruitment strategies aligned with organizational hiring needs.
- Identify target universities and programs that align with the company’s talent requirements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to establish hiring goals and define success metrics for campus recruiting.
- University Relationship Management:
- Build strong relationships with university career services, faculty, and student organizations.
- Act as the primary point of contact for campuses, promoting the organization’s brand and opportunities.
- Organize and participate in campus events such as career fairs, networking sessions, and on-campus interviews.
- Candidate Engagement:
- Design and execute innovative strategies to engage students through social media, workshops, and webinars.
- Provide potential candidates with detailed information about available opportunities, company culture, and growth prospects.
- Serve as an ambassador for the organization, fostering excitement and interest in joining the team.
- End-to-End Recruitment Process:
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for campus hires, including sourcing, interviewing, and extending offers.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create effective screening criteria.
- Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
- Onboarding and Retention:
- Partner with HR and hiring managers to design and deliver onboarding programs for campus hires.
- Monitor the success of new employees, providing feedback and support to ensure retention and engagement.
- Collect feedback from campus hires to continuously improve recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Track and analyze recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of campus hiring strategies.
- Prepare and present reports to stakeholders, highlighting achievements and areas for improvement.
- Use data insights to refine strategies and enhance recruitment outcomes.
- Event Coordination:
- Planned and executed campus recruitment events, ensuring they were well-organized and impactful.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create promotional materials and campaigns for campus activities.
- Represent the organization at university events, networking sessions, and career fairs.
- Market Trends and Best Practices:
- Stay informed about trends in campus recruitment and early career hiring.
- Benchmark recruitment practices against industry standards and recommend improvements.
- Leverage technology and tools to optimize campus recruitment efforts.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in campus recruitment, talent acquisition, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of university systems, campus recruitment processes, and early career talent markets.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a remote work environment.
- Creative problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing challenges.
