What You'll Make Happen

• Keep our financial house in order Manage day-to-day bookkeeping for multiple hospitality clients, including restaurants, boutique hotels, and travel brands.
• Empower remote hospitality teams Provide up-to-date, accurate financial insights that enable clients to make informed, confident decisions.
• Bring clarity to complexity Reconcile transactions, categorize expenses, and generate monthly reports that make sense to non-finance folks.
• ⚖️ Ensure compliance, effortlessly Stay on top of tax deadlines, payroll schedules, and audit trails so clients can focus on their guests, not their books.
• ✏️ Refine the workflow You'll improve our existing processes—from invoicing and accounts payable to client reporting—to keep everything efficient, automated, and scalable.

Your Impact in 90 Days

• You'll own monthly reconciliation for 5–8 client accounts—catching errors, flagging trends, and delivering financial clarity.
• You’ll refine at least one core workflow to reduce manual steps and improve accuracy.
• You’ll earn client trust as their go-to finance partner: reliable, responsive, and insightful.

• ✅ 3+ years of bookkeeping experience, ideally with remote or multi-client environments.
• Familiar with hospitality nuances like daily sales reconciliation, tip reporting, inventory accounting, and occupancy taxes.
• Proficiency with QuickBooks Online (bonus if you're also fluent in Xero, Gusto, or Bill.com).
