What Youâll Actually Be Doing
Creating a Wellness Culture
- Hosting short, engaging wellness check-ins that feel more like friendly catch-ups than meetings.
- Designing fun, practical activities that people can do at their desksâor while theyâre grabbing coffee.
- Encouraging daily habits that boost energy and focus, without feeling like âjust another task.â
Keeping the Team Connected
- Organizing virtual eventsâfrom quick Friday games to monthly challenges.
- Spotting when someoneâs a little quieter than usual and reaching out with care.
- Celebrating wins, big or small. Someone hit a project milestone? Weâre cheering. Someone learned how to make sourdough? Weâre celebrating that, too.
Supporting Mental & Emotional Health
- Offering resources for stress management, resilience, and mindfulness.
- Leading guided relaxation sessions or short meditation breaks.
- Being the go-to person when someone needs to talk things through, judgment-free.
Encouraging Physical Well-Being
- Sharing quick stretches for stiff necks and tight shoulders.
- Suggesting movement breaks or âwalk and talkâ meetings.
- Creating friendly fitness challenges that make people smile.
A Day in This Role Might Look LikeâŚ
You start the morning by sending a cheerful âLetâs make today awesomeâ note to the team. Mid-morning, you host a 10-minute âMindful Mondayâ sessionâno pressure, just a space to reset. After lunch, you help plan our monthly wellness challenge, maybe a step-count competition or a âcook something colorfulâ week. You spend part of the afternoon checking in with someone whoâs been juggling a tough workload. By the end of the day, youâre smiling, knowing youâve helped make work feel better for everyone.

Your First 90 Days
