Key Responsibilities:
- Outbound Calls: Call potential and existing customers to explain products or services, gather information, and generate leads.
- Customer Interaction: Engage with clients to understand their needs and provide suitable information about the products or services.
- Follow-up: Follow up on leads and inquiries, ensuring timely and consistent communication with clients.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate records of customer details, inquiries, feedback, and communication history in CRM software.
- Sales Pitch: Present and explain company offerings in a clear, concise, and persuasive manner to maximize conversions.
- Target Achievement: Meet or exceed daily and monthly call and conversion targets set by the company.
- Product Knowledge: Stay updated on industry trends and product details to ensure accurate information is relayed to customers.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the sales, marketing, and operations teams to streamline communication and achieve collective goals.
- Problem Solving: Address customer queries and complaints efficiently, directing unresolved issues to the appropriate departments when necessary.

- Offices: Handle B2B or B2C inquiries for various office products and services.
- IT: Promote software solutions, IT services, and hardware products.
- Finance: Offer information about financial products like loans, mutual funds, and investment plans.

Skills and Qualifications:

Working Conditions:
- Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)
- Location: Office-based, in Suri.
