Key Responsibilities:

  1. Outbound Calling:
    • Make daily outbound calls to potential clients and customers to inform them about products, services, or offers related to offices, IT, finance, real estate, and insurance sectors.
    • Conduct cold calling to build strong customer pipelines.
    • Generate interest in the company's offerings and set up follow-up meetings or calls as required.
  2. Customer Relationship Management:
    • Handle incoming customer queries and provide timely information.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with both existing and prospective clients.
    • Update customer information in the CRM system after every call to ensure accurate records.
  3. Lead Generation:
    • Identify and qualify potential leads and update them in the database.
    • Assist the sales team by passing on interested and qualified leads.
  4. Product Knowledge:
    • Stay updated with the company's products and services across various sectors to provide accurate information to customers.
    • Effectively communicate the benefits and features of the products, matching them with the customer's needs.
  5. Sales Support:
    • Help achieve the company's sales goals by converting potential leads into customers.
    • Assist the sales team with follow-ups, appointments, and feedback collection from clients.
  6. Reporting:
    • Prepare and submit daily/weekly call reports to the supervisor, including details of leads generated, calls made, and customer responses.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is required. A bachelor’s degree in any discipline is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Experience: Prior experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales is an advantage. Freshers with good communication skills are also encouraged to apply.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and local languages (knowledge of Hindi or Khasi is a plus).
  • Customer-Centric Approach: Ability to empathize with customers, understand their needs, and deliver appropriate solutions.
  • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using basic computer applications such as MS Office and CRM software for data entry and tracking.

Work Schedule:

  • Full-time, Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
