Key Responsibilities
Strategic Talent Management
- Develop and execute comprehensive talent management strategies that align with business goals and objectives.
- Identify, attract, and retain top talent by implementing best practices in talent acquisition and retention.
- Collaborate with department heads to design career development frameworks that empower employees to achieve their potential.
- Implement effective succession planning programs to ensure business continuity and leadership sustainability.
- Monitor workforce trends and develop proactive strategies to address talent shortages and skill gaps.
Leadership & Development
- Design, implement, and evaluate leadership development programs that cultivate future leaders and enhance employee capabilities.
- Work closely with managers to create and execute personalized career development plans for employees at all levels.
- Promote a culture of continuous learning by integrating innovative training programs, mentorship opportunities, and performance improvement strategies.
- Provide coaching and guidance to leadership teams on effective talent development and employee engagement techniques.
Workforce Analysis & Engagement
- Conduct in-depth workforce analytics to assess trends, employee satisfaction, and areas for improvement.
- Utilize data-driven insights to drive employee engagement initiatives and improve organizational performance.
- Implement talent assessment tools and methodologies to evaluate workforce strengths and opportunities for improvement.
- Foster a workplace culture that values inclusion, collaboration, and performance excellence through engagement strategies and feedback mechanisms.
Qualifications & Skills
Educational & Professional Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in talent management, HR strategy, or workforce planning.
- Professional certification in HR (SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR) is preferred.
- Demonstrated experience in designing and executing talent development programs.
