Key Responsibilities

Strategic Talent Management

  • Develop and execute comprehensive talent management strategies that align with business goals and objectives.
  • Identify, attract, and retain top talent by implementing best practices in talent acquisition and retention.
  • Collaborate with department heads to design career development frameworks that empower employees to achieve their potential.
  • Implement effective succession planning programs to ensure business continuity and leadership sustainability.

Leadership & Development

  • Promote a culture of continuous learning by integrating innovative training programs, mentorship opportunities, and performance improvement strategies.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to leadership teams on effective talent development and employee engagement techniques.

Workforce Analysis & Engagement

  • Conduct in-depth workforce analytics to assess trends, employee satisfaction, and areas for improvement.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to drive employee engagement initiatives and improve organizational performance.
  • Implement talent assessment tools and methodologies to evaluate workforce strengths and opportunities for improvement.
  • Foster a workplace culture that values inclusion, collaboration, and performance excellence through engagement strategies and feedback mechanisms.

Qualifications & Skills

Educational & Professional Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in talent management, HR strategy, or workforce planning.
  • Professional certification in HR (SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR) is preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience in designing and executing talent development programs.
