Key Responsibilities:- Client Consultation and Relationship Management:
- Conduct detailed consultations with clients to understand their insurance needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring their ongoing satisfaction and loyalty.
- Offer expert advice on various insurance products, including life, health, auto, and property insurance.
- Insurance Product Expertise:
- Stay updated on industry trends, products, and regulatory changes to provide clients with accurate and relevant information.
- Evaluate clientsโ insurance needs based on personal or business circumstances and recommend appropriate policies.
- Sales and Account Management:
- Drive sales through effective online consultations and follow-ups, meeting or exceeding set sales targets.
- Process policy applications, renewals, and modifications, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Handle complex inquiries and resolve policies, claims, or billing issues, demonstrating high problem-solving skills.
- Training and Leadership:
- Mentor and support junior agents, providing guidance and sharing best practices to enhance their performance.
- Lead training sessions or workshops to improve the teamโs knowledge and skills related to insurance products and sales techniques.
- Administrative Duties:
- Maintain detailed client interactions, transactions, and communications records in the companyโs CRM system.
- Prepare reports and documentation as required, ensuring timely and accurate submission.
- Compliance and Risk Management:
- Adhere to all legal and regulatory requirements about insurance sales and client interactions.
- Conduct regular reviews to ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience as an insurance agent, with a proven track record in online insurance sales and client management.
- Education: A Bachelorโs degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
- Licenses: Valid insurance licenses in relevant states or regions.
