Collaborate with other departments to identify areas where volunteers can shine

Engage & Inspire

Foster deep relationships with volunteers, providing support, encouragement, and a sense of belonging

Core Qualifications

Demonstrated experience managing or coordinating volunteers (bonus if you’ve done it remotely)

Strong organizational skills—you can juggle calendars, conversations, and coffee like a pro
