About the Role: Design with Purpose, Create with Vision

As a key player in our remote product design team, you will transform complex user challenges into elegant interface solutions. You'll lead design discussions, contribute to product strategy, and translate user insights into wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs. Key Responsibilities

• Drive the end-to-end design process—from discovery and wireframes to delivery and implementation support.
• Partner with cross-functional teams—including developers, product strategists, and stakeholders—to uncover user challenges and define clear product objectives.
• Conduct lead discovery activities, including user interviews, prototype testing, and UX audits, to validate and inform design direction.
• Create user personas, journey maps, and responsive interaction models based on qualitative and quantitative insights.
• Produce clean, organized Figma files with design systems, components, and detailed annotations for dev handoff.
• Ensure adherence to WCAG accessibility standards and best practices for responsive design.
• Continuously refine designs based on usability data, real-time analytics, and insights gathered from end-user interactions.

Tools and Technologies You’ll Use

• Figma for design collaboration and prototyping
• Miro for journey mapping and ideation
• Slack for team communication
• Notion for documentation and design systems
• Jira and Confluence for project tracking
• Hotjar and Google Analytics for behavior insights and conversion tracking
• Optional: Adobe XD, Photoshop, or Illustrator if needed for brand assets

Skills and Qualifications

• 3+ years of proven experience in UX and UI design, preferably for SaaS or eCommerce products
• Strong portfolio demonstrating thoughtful design process, interaction design, and pixel-perfect interfaces
• Proficiency in visual hierarchy, typography, color theory, and layout principles
• Excellent understanding of UX heuristics and user-centered design methods
• Familiarity with front-end development concepts (you don’t code, but you speak developers’ language)
• Experience working in agile teams and adapting to iterative workflows
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills
