Key Responsibilities of the Role

Core Functions You'll Lead

• Design elegant, accessible, and user-friendly interactions for responsive web and mobile experiences.
• Translate user research findings into clear, actionable design flows.
• Build interactive prototypes that bring your concepts to life.
• Partner closely with UX researchers, product managers, visual designers, and engineers to shape consistent user experiences.
• Iterate based on feedback and usability insights to fine-tune every detail.
• Advocate for the end-user in every design discussion, using data and empathy to support your decisions.
• Participate in design reviews, workshops, and collaborative brainstorming sessions.
• Maintain and contribute to the evolution of design systems for visual and interaction consistency.

Candidate Profile and Experience Requirements

You're more than a designer—you’re a storyteller, systems thinker, and advocate for user empowerment. Whether you’re sketching a quick wireframe or refining a pixel-perfect mockup, you see each interaction as part of a larger journey.

Required Qualifications

• at least three years of hands-on experience in user interface and user experience design or interaction design roles
• Strong portfolio showcasing functional and visually compelling digital interfaces
• Proficiency in prototyping, information architecture, and usability heuristics
• Ability to communicate design rationale clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Comfortable working in agile product environments with cross-functional teams

Preferred Skills & Attributes

• Prior experience designing for SaaS or digital products at scale
• Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1) and inclusive design
• Working knowledge of HTML/CSS or front-end frameworks (a bonus, not mandatory)
• Curiosity for user behavior and cognitive psychology
• Openness to feedback and eagerness to grow through collaboration
