Position Overview
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end research across digital platforms—web and mobile
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed user insights into design, development, and strategy
Design research plans and protocols for usability testing, surveys, interviews, and ethnographic studies
Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to uncover patterns, opportunities, and pain points
Advocate for diverse user needs in product meetings and stakeholder discussions
Present findings through storytelling, rich visualizations, and actionable recommendations
Build empathy across teams by sharing impactful user stories and observations
Participate in product ideation sessions to ensure the user voice is at the forefront

✅ Required Qualifications
Experience and Expertise
3+ years of UX research experience, preferably in agile product teams
Proficiency in qualitative and quantitative methods: usability testing, heuristic evaluation, A/B testing, card sorting, ethnographic research
Knowledge of inclusive and accessible design principles
Experience with research tools such as Dovetail, Lookback, UserTesting, Optimal Workshop, or similar
Strong storytelling and communication skills for sharing insights with varied audiences
Ability to thrive in a remote-first environment, working across geographies and time zones
Proven ability to plan, prioritize, and handle concurrent tasks efficiently to manage multiple projects simultaneously
