Key Responsibilities:- Candidate Screening and Assessment:
- Review and analyze incoming applications and resumes to identify qualified candidates.
- Conduct initial screening calls to assess candidatesβ skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Utilize various screening tools and methodologies to evaluate candidates effectively.
- Prepare and present detailed screening reports to hiring managers and recruiters.
- Collaboration and Communication:
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and candidate profiles.
- Provide regular updates and feedback to hiring teams regarding candidate progress.
- Address any questions or concerns from candidates throughout the screening process.
- Coordinate with recruiters to schedule interviews and manage candidate communication.
- Process Improvement:
- Continuously evaluate and enhance screening processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Identify and implement best practices for candidate assessment and selection.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in talent screening methodologies.
- Provide recommendations for process improvements and contribute to strategic hiring initiatives.
- Data Management and Reporting:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions and screening outcomes.
- Generate and analyze reports on screening metrics and candidate pipelines.

- Candidate Experience:
- Ensure a positive and professional experience for all candidates throughout the screening process.
- Address any candidate inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally.
- Provide feedback to candidates as appropriate and maintain open lines of communication.
- Bachelorβs degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in talent screening or recruitment, with a strong understanding of screening techniques and methodologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work environment.
- Familiarity with employment laws and regulations related to recruitment and candidate screening.
- Certification in HR or recruitment, such as SHRM-CP or PHR.
- Experience in a remote work setting and familiarity with virtual collaboration tools.
