You'll lead IT projects from early planning through launch, which means the messy early conversations where nobody's quite sure what the real problem is, not just the polished execution phase. Clients will lean on you to make sense of cloud strategy, cybersecurity gaps, or automation opportunities, and part of the job is explaining it all without burying anyone in jargon they didn't ask for.
You'll also keep projects aligned with regulatory requirements like GDPR, SOC 2, and ISO 27001, since a technically brilliant solution that ignores compliance isn't actually a solution. When something's blocking a team's progress, removing that roadblock is part of your job too, not something you wait for someone else to handle.

What We're Looking For
Required
- Bachelor's degree, minimum, in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
- At least 7 years of IT consulting experience, with a track record leading full project lifecycles
- Hands-on experience with major cloud platforms — AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
- Strong understanding of compliance frameworks relevant to IT and data security
- Comfortable breaking down technical concepts for people without a technical background
- Comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment
Good to Have
- Experience specifically in cloud migration or digital transformation projects
- Familiarity with agile project management practices
- Background using tools like Jira, Notion, or similar remote collaboration platforms
- Relevant certifications in cloud platforms or IT compliance
