Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and coordinate executive schedules, ensuring efficient time management.
• Organize virtual and in-person meetings, including agenda creation, note-taking, and follow-ups.

Documentation & Record Keeping

• Prepare, proofread, and edit business documents, reports, and presentations.

Data Management & Reporting

• Track key metrics, manage databases, and generate reports that provide actionable insights.

Communication & Coordination

• Serve as the point of contact for internal and external communication, ensuring timely and professional responses.

Qualifications & Skills
