Your Core Responsibilities

Required Qualifications
We’re looking for someone tech-savvy, goal-driven, and client-first. You should be a dependable professional who communicates clearly and acts with integrity. The most successful candidates will have:
- Minimum 2 years of recent experience as a residential loan officer
- Knowledge of FHA, VA, conventional, and non-QM products
- Comfort explaining complex loan terms in a digestible way
- Strong analytical skills and understanding of underwriting criteria
- Remote work experience or demonstrated ability to work independently
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
- Fluent in written and verbal English communication
- Familiarity with federal and state mortgage lending laws
