What You’ll Do

Your Day-to-Day

• Guide clients through contract questions, compliance, and dispute resolution with clarity and patience.
• Pay close attention to each person’s situation and offer advice that’s both easy to understand and practical to apply.
• Work alongside colleagues to solve challenges, review cases, and swap creative solutions—everyone’s opinion counts.
• Design simple guides, checklists, and tools to enable clients to confidently handle issues themselves.
• Stay informed about industry changes and share updates and ideas with your team in a friendly, supportive environment.
• Protect confidentiality and uphold the highest standards of ethics in all you do.

Who We’re Looking For

• Law degree (JD, LLB, or equivalent) from an accredited school
• Official approval to practice law wherever you live and work
• At least 3 years of hands-on experience in legal consulting or remote legal roles
• Clear, approachable communication style
• Ability to break down legal talk so it makes sense to everyone
• Comforting people from many backgrounds
• Good with technology—legal research, editing documents, and managing cases online
• Committed to privacy and treating everyone with respect
