What You’ll Do

Make Workflows Flow

• Tailor and adjust Atlassian tools so they fit the way teams work best
• Set up time-saving automation that lets people focus on meaningful tasks instead of repetitive clicks
• Connect Jira with tools like GitHub, Bitbucket, Jenkins, and more for up-to-the-minute project updates

Keep Everything Running Smoothly

• Maintain our cloud and data center Jira setups to ensure everything is up to date and secure.
• Fine-tune access settings so sensitive info stays private and only the right people see the right things.
• Check in regularly on systems to ensure that security practices are being met and everything is running smoothly.

Turn Data Into Insights

• Build and refine dashboards so leaders always have a clear view of progress.
• Spot patterns in how teams use the system and find ways to make things easier or faster
• Help business intelligence teams connect Jira data to deeper analytics platforms.

Help Teams Succeed

• Create helpful guides and run virtual sessions to teach users at every skill level
• Quickly resolve issues or errors so no one is blocked from getting their work done
