Key Role Purpose
Reimagine & Reinforce Our Infrastructure
Youâll orchestrate a virtual symphony of cloud platforms, hybrid systems, and tech stacks so agile, they practically moonwalk. From crafting robust disaster recovery strategies to scaling virtual private networks like a pro,
you'll be the digital lifeline behind every pixel-perfect performance. Responsibilities of the Role
Primary Responsibilities
- Oversee global IT infrastructure across cloud, on-premise, and hybrid environments
- Design and implement scalable solutions for high availability and disaster recovery
- Manage VPNs, firewalls, and network security for seamless remote connectivity
- âď¸ Lead cloud transformation projects using platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
- Implement airtight cybersecurity protocols in collaboration with our security teams
- Monitor infrastructure KPIs and SLAs, ensuring optimal system performance
- Collaborate cross-functionally with DevOps, Security, and Product Engineering teams
- Mentor a globally distributed IT support team and bring out the best in their talent
- Streamline deployment pipelines and improve provisioning systems with automation
- Advise executives on IT investment strategies and future-state planning
Skills, Qualifications & Must-Haves
Educational Background & Certifications
- Bachelorâs/Masterâs in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience
- Relevant certifications (AWS Solutions Architect, Azure Administrator, Cisco CCNP, etc.) are a plus
Technical Experience
- âł 7+ years managing IT infrastructure, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
- Hands-on experience in cloud-native architecture, virtualization, containers, and automation tools like Ansible, Terraform, and Jenkins
- Exposure to modern DevSecOps practices and container orchestration tools such as Kubernetes
- Deep knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks, encryption, and zero-trust architecture
- Familiarity with infrastructure monitoring and alerting platforms (Zabbix, Nagios, Datadog, New Relic)

- Strong problem-solving chops and the ability to strategize on your feet
