Key Responsibilities

Content Strategy & Planning

• Develop and execute monthly social media calendars for Instagram, Pinterest, TikTok, and LinkedIn
• Create cross-platform content strategies aligning with product launches, seasonal themes, and audience preferences
• Partner with creative and marketing teams to align digital campaigns with organizational goals

Content Creation & Curation

• Produce engaging and informative content such as reels, carousels, IG stories, mood boards, and trend posts
• Work with designers to capture real-time progress of projects, makeover timelines, and styling tips
• Curate user-generated content and influencer features for brand engagement

Analytics & Optimization

• Monitor and analyze social performance metrics using Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, and third-party tools
• Prepare monthly reports that assess ROI, identify patterns, and suggest creative solutions
• Run A/B tests to understand what content types drive traffic, leads, and conversions

Community Engagement

• Cultivate an interactive and supportive design community across platforms
• Promptly reply to DMs, comments, and tags with brand-aligned communication
• Lead collaborations with micro- and macro-influencers in the design space

Experience & Knowledge

Creative & Strategic Thinking

• Natural flair for color, mood, spacing, layout, and photography styles

• Comfortable testing out new content styles, including video storytelling, AR, and animations
