- Talent Sourcing and Acquisition: Identify and attract top talent using diverse sourcing methods, including online job boards, social media platforms, networking events, and professional organizations.
- Candidate Screening: Conduct thorough resume reviews, phone screenings, and initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
- Client Collaboration: Partner closely with clients to understand their hiring needs, company culture, and long-term business goals, ensuring successful placements.
- Job Posting and Branding: Write compelling job descriptions and post them on various platforms to attract qualified candidates while promoting Naukri Mitra’s reputation as a leading recruitment firm.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain a robust pipeline of potential candidates for current and future opportunities, ensuring a seamless recruitment process.
- Interview Coordination: Schedule and manage interview processes between candidates and hiring managers, providing timely updates and feedback.
- Offer Negotiation: Support clients and candidates through the offer stage, ensuring alignment on compensation, benefits, and other employment terms.
- Data Management: Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools to document candidate interactions, track progress, and generate reports.
- Market Research: Stay informed about market trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor hiring strategies to provide valuable insights to clients.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an HR Recruiter, preferably in a remote setting.
- Strong understanding of recruitment practices, employment laws, and industry standards.
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other recruitment tools.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently and proactively in a remote environment.
- The high degree of professionalism and confidentiality.
- Relevant certifications are a plus for a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
