Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment and Talent Acquisition:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job posting, sourcing, screening, and onboarding new hires.
• Collaborate with department heads to define hiring needs and create job descriptions tailored to organizational goals.
• Develop and implement innovative talent acquisition strategies to attract top-tier candidates.

Employee Relations:

• Serve as a point of contact for employee concerns, fostering open communication and resolving conflicts effectively.
• Implement initiatives that promote diversity, equity, and inclusion within the organization.
• Support employee engagement programs to enhance workplace satisfaction and retention.

Policy Development and Compliance:

• Develop and update HR policies and procedures in alignment with company objectives and legal requirements.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations across multiple jurisdictions.
• Train employees and managers on HR policies, compliance, and best practices.

Performance Management:

• Design and oversee performance management systems to encourage feedback, development, and achievement.
• Assist managers in conducting evaluations and creating professional development plans for employees.
• Monitor employee performance and address performance-related concerns through structured interventions.

Benefits Administration:

• Manage employee benefits programs, ensuring alignment with market trends and employee needs.

Training and Development:

• Conduct needs assessments to identify skill gaps and recommend training solutions.

HR Data Management and Analytics:

• Maintain accurate employee records, ensuring data security and confidentiality.

• Partner with senior management to align HR practices with business strategies.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar role.

• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships at all organizational levels.
