Location: Remote Annual Salary: $69,804 About the Role: Are you a strategic thinker with a knack for identifying top talent? We seek a highly skilled Remote Hiring Manager to join our team. In this role, you will lead and optimize recruitment processes across various departments. This position offers a unique opportunity to influence and shape our workforce while working from home. Key Responsibilities:
  1. Recruitment Strategy Development:
    • Design and implement comprehensive recruitment strategies that align with organizational goals.
    • Market research and data analysis identify hiring trends and adjust strategies accordingly.
  2. Talent Acquisition:
    • Oversee the entire recruitment lifecycle, including job posting, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and hiring.
    • Develop and maintain a strong network of potential candidates through various channels, including social media, professional networks, and industry events.
  3. Job Descriptions and Advertising:
    • Craft detailed and compelling job descriptions to attract qualified candidates.
    • Manage job postings across multiple platforms, ensuring maximum visibility and reach.
  4. Candidate Screening and Selection:
    • Conduct initial candidate screenings and interviews to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit.
    • Coordinate with hiring managers to develop practical interview questions and selection criteria.

    • Collaborate with HR and hiring teams to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires.
    • Assist in developing and implementing onboarding programs to integrate new employees effectively.

    • Promote diversity and inclusion in recruitment efforts by implementing strategies to attract a diverse candidate pool.

Qualifications:
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, with a proven track record of successfully managing hiring processes.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Relevant certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) are a plus.
  • Skills:
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
    • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
    • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
