Key Responsibilities

Candidate Sourcing & Engagement

  • Use creative sourcing techniques to identify qualified healthcare professionals, including nurses, therapists, and administrative staff.
  • Utilize job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, niche healthcare sites, and networking to build diverse talent pipelines.
  • Conduct outreach campaigns and engage passive candidates with compelling, personalized messaging.

Interviewing & Candidate Evaluation

  • Screen applicants through resume reviews, video interviews, and competency-based assessments
  • Provide insightful candidate summaries for hiring managers based on interviews and credentials.
  • Maintain a structured process to ensure candidate quality and compliance with healthcare regulations.

Hiring Manager Collaboration

  • Partner with clinical leaders and HR teams to understand staffing needs and role-specific nuances
  • Recommend strategies for filling hard-to-hire roles and provide market intelligence.
  • Serve as a consultative partner, guiding hiring decisions with data and empathy.

Compliance & Documentation

  • Ensure adherence to industry regulations, credentialing processes, and background checks.
  • Accurately track candidate activities in the ATS and maintain up-to-date documentation.
  • Support onboarding tasks by facilitating offer letters and guiding candidates through pre-employment stages.

  • Exceptional communication skills—both written and verbal—with a persuasive, empathetic tone
  • Experience working in remote recruitment or distributed team structures
  • Comfortable using digital tools to source, screen, and track candidates
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple requisitions and prioritize with agility
  • Familiarity with healthcare workforce trends, job market insights, and retention strategies
