What You’ll Do

Accurate Freight Invoicing

• Generate precise freight invoices based on shipment documentation, carrier contracts, and service agreements.
• Validate billing entries to ensure applicable rates, classifications, and fuel charges are reflected correctly.
• Maintain organized, accessible digital records of all billing activities and interactions.

Billing Discrepancy Resolution

• Detect and correct discrepancies or anomalies within invoice records
• Liaise with logistics partners and internal teams to clarify shipping documentation or rate disputes
• Process freight claims, credits, and billing adjustments in a timely and transparent manner

Compliance and Data Integrity

• Ensure billing files comply with transportation industry standards and applicable regulations.
• Cross-check contract terms and service expectations for billing accuracy
• Contribute to audit preparations by maintaining clean and verifiable financial records

Team Collaboration and Support

• Work closely with the accounting and shipping departments to align invoicing with transport data
• Engage respectfully with remote colleagues and external stakeholders
