Core Responsibilities

Quality Assurance That Goes Beyond Surface Checks

• Build and execute test plans for new ERP features, modules, and integrations, adapting coverage to align with business priorities and the impact on customers.
• Combine exploratory testing with robust automation scripts to accelerate regression cycles without sacrificing depth.
• Dig into API, UI, and end-to-end flows, using real-world business scenarios and diverse datasets to uncover hidden defects.
• Partner with engineering to resolve issues, bringing empathy and technical clarity to every conversation.
• Monitor defect trends, surfacing insights to drive preventive improvements in both process and product.

Collaboration & Communication

• Work closely with design, engineering, and implementation teams to align testing with real user stories, ensuring that what is shipped matches what is promised.

Tools, Environments & Continuous Learning

• Utilize Jira and TestRail (or similar tools) to track bugs and document test results, ensuring transparency across every sprint.
• Develop and maintain automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Playwright, or Cypress), striking a balance between speed and stability.
• Test across multiple environments—cloud and on-premise—validating upgrades and hotfixes before they reach customers.
