Your Core Mission

You’ll make judgment calls on trends, drive visual consistency across your products, and respond to customer feedback with empathy and precision. Key Responsibilities

Design & Creation

• Design and develop professional, customizable digital products, including planners, business templates, worksheets, trackers, and digital stickers.
• Optimize visual appeal and usability using tools like Canva, Adobe Illustrator, or Affinity Designer.
• Apply SEO-friendly product titles, descriptions, and tags that help each listing rise through Etsy’s organic search results.

Storefront Management

• Curate product collections that align with seasonal needs and emerging trends.
• Track store analytics via Etsy’s dashboard to refine your offerings.
• Develop compelling listing visuals and mockups that inspire trust and excitement.

Customer Experience

• Respond to customer questions and support requests with kindness and efficiency.
• Resolve refund and revision requests by understanding user needs, not just policy.
• Incorporate feedback loops to transform customer insights into improved product iterations.

Impact Goals You’ll Own

• Reach 100+ sales/month within your first quarter.
• Grow repeat customer rates through continuous product upgrades and thoughtful bundling.
• Launch seasonal product lines in advance of peak demand, guided by analytics and buyer behavior.
• Help freelancers, educators, and entrepreneurs save time and elevate their personal brands with your designs.

Collaboration & Autonomy

You’ll collaborate asynchronously with a small team of fellow creators via Slack, Notion, and Google Drive. We meet monthly to share strategy, trends, and product feedback. But day-to-day? You call the shots. Design what you’re excited about. Launch on your own schedule. You're trusted to be both an artist and an entrepreneur.

• Mockup Generation: Placeit, Smartmockups
• Etsy Management: Etsy Dashboard, Marmalead, eRank

• Strong written communication—you simplify product usage in 2–3 sentence instructions.
• Bonus: Prior success on Etsy or any digital marketplace.

Compensation

You’ll earn $50,000 annually, with opportunities to grow as your product library expands and your store scales. Performance bonuses and profit-sharing options are available as your contribution grows.
