Your Role and Responsibilities
Essential Duties:
- Review dental claims for accuracy and completeness, ensuring all required information is included before submission
- Submit electronic claims to insurance companies using advanced claims management platforms
- Analyze explanation of benefits (EOBs) and payment remittance advice to verify appropriate reimbursements
- Investigate and resolve denied or underpaid claims by communicating with both insurance payers and dental offices
- Maintain accurate documentation of claim status, payment outcomes, and any correspondence
- Provide updates and guidance to dental teams and patients about claim progress or required actions
- Follow up on outstanding claims, appealing as necessary, to secure full reimbursement
- Post payments and reconcile patient accounts to ensure financial accuracy

Daily Workflow:
Your day might begin by checking the status of overnight claim submissions, identifying those that require attention. Qualifications & Skills
Must-Have Experience:
