Your Role and Responsibilities

Essential Duties:

• Review dental claims for accuracy and completeness, ensuring all required information is included before submission

• Analyze explanation of benefits (EOBs) and payment remittance advice to verify appropriate reimbursements
• Investigate and resolve denied or underpaid claims by communicating with both insurance payers and dental offices
• Maintain accurate documentation of claim status, payment outcomes, and any correspondence
• Provide updates and guidance to dental teams and patients about claim progress or required actions
• Follow up on outstanding claims, appealing as necessary, to secure full reimbursement

Qualifications & Skills
