You’ll take the lead in making sure dental preauthorizations don’t become obstacles. By working closely with patients and dental offices, you’ll help make sense of insurance requirements and keep treatment plans moving forward. This is a fully remote opportunity, so you’ll collaborate with colleagues and dental providers from wherever you call home, relying on cloud tools and secure digital platforms that keep our team close, even when we’re miles apart.

How You’ll Make a Difference

• Serve as a friendly, knowledgeable guide for dental offices and patients as they navigate the preauthorization process
• Review treatment plans and gather all details needed for insurance approval
• Submit and follow up on preauthorization requests, resolving questions with empathy and patience
• Keep everyone in the loop: share updates with dental teams and patients at every step
• Maintain thorough, accurate records in electronic health systems
• Work side-by-side (virtually!) with other coordinators, dental staff, and insurance reps to solve challenges and share knowledge
• Spot trends or recurring challenges, and suggest practical improvements so things run more smoothly for everyone
