Your Main Tasks

• Review and approve dental claims using web-based platforms
• Check dental X-rays, forms, and digital records to confirm what’s covered
• Use analytics dashboards to track trends and catch oddities or errors
• Connect with teammates, dental offices, and payers via secure chat or video
• Understand dental coding (like CDT and ICD-10) and help set fair payouts
• Flag tough cases for more review and keep clear digital notes
• Suggest better ways to work and share valuable insights with your team
• Track key stats to help keep our standards high
