Your Main Tasks
- Review and approve dental claims using web-based platforms
- Check dental X-rays, forms, and digital records to confirm what’s covered
- Use analytics dashboards to track trends and catch oddities or errors
- Connect with teammates, dental offices, and payers via secure chat or video
- Understand dental coding (like CDT and ICD-10) and help set fair payouts
- Flag tough cases for more review and keep clear digital notes
- Suggest better ways to work and share valuable insights with your team
- Track key stats to help keep our standards high
