About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive benefits data analysis using Excel, SQL, and business intelligence platforms.
- Monitor healthcare, retirement, and wellness program performance through dashboards and KPIs
- Evaluate benefit utilization trends and forecast participation rates using predictive modeling.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with HR, Finance, and Technology teams to align data with business goals.
- Support vendor evaluations with cost-benefit comparisons and employee engagement metrics
- Develop automated reporting tools to streamline monthly and quarterly reporting.
- Translate complex analytics into clear, visual reports for leadership presentations.
- Partner with compliance teams to ensure all benefit plans meet federal and state regulations

Qualifications
