As an agency recruiter, you’ll be tasked with evaluating client-specific hiring requirements and securing the ideal fit quickly. Key Responsibilities

  • Lead full-cycle recruitment for various client accounts, including tech, healthcare, legal, creative, and operations.
  • Work closely with hiring managers to define roles, identify key competencies, and build out job descriptions.
  • Develop search strategies leveraging sourcing tools, Boolean logic, and passive candidate outreach.
  • Interview candidates using behavioral and competency-based methods to evaluate fit and potential
  • Create compelling candidate presentations that highlight strengths and address client needs.
  • Maintain active candidate pipelines using modern ATS and CRM systems
  • Manage the offer stage, conduct reference checks, and coordinate candidate onboarding with client teams

Qualifications and Experience

Foundational Requirements

  • A minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in agency recruitment, RPO, or high-volume placements
  • Demonstrated ability to hire across functions, industries, and job levels
  • Strong written and verbal communication with persuasive negotiation ability
