Key Responsibilities: How You’ll Make an Impact
- Review and improve PDF files to meet accessibility requirements like WCAG, PDF/UA, and Section 508
- Partner with writers, designers, and developers to deliver documents that everyone can use with ease
- Examine document libraries, offering practical feedback and steps for improvement.
- Teach clients and colleagues how to apply digital accessibility best practices—from setting up logical tags to ensuring smooth screen reader use
- Maintain clear records and outline your approach using top accessibility software, and verify documents with assistive technology.
- Work side by side with quality and compliance teams to boost our standards and keep learning
Tools and Technology
This role relies on tools like Adobe Acrobat Pro, CommonLook, and PAC. You’ll also check your work using JAWS, NVDA, and other assistive tech solutions. We’re always sharing knowledge and staying up-to-date with new developments in digital accessibility, so you’ll have the space to learn and try new methods.
