We are seeking an experienced and strategic Online Development Director to join our dynamic team remotely. Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Planning and Execution:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive online development strategy that aligns with organizational goals and objectives.
- Identify and leverage emerging digital trends and technologies to enhance the company’s online presence and capabilities.
- Create and manage budgets for online development initiatives, ensuring efficient use of resources and maximization of ROI.
- Team Leadership and Management:
- Lead and mentor a team of digital marketing professionals, web developers, and content creators to achieve departmental and organizational goals.
- Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment, encouraging continuous learning and professional growth within the team.
- Set clear performance metrics, conduct regular evaluations, and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Digital Marketing and SEO:
- Oversee the development and execution of digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, PPC, email marketing, and social media.
- Analyze performance data to optimize campaigns and drive better results.
- Work closely with the content team to ensure high-quality, engaging, and SEO-friendly content across all digital platforms.
- User Experience and Web Development:
- Collaborate with web developers to enhance the functionality, design, and user experience of the company’s website and online platforms.
- Conduct regular reviews and audits of online assets to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
- Ensure that all online platforms are optimized for performance, usability, and accessibility.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work with other departments, including sales, product development, and customer support, to align online development efforts with broader organizational objectives.

Qualifications
- Education and Experience:
