In this role, you will develop and execute comprehensive online demand-generation strategies that drive qualified leads, increase brand awareness, and contribute to our overall growth objectives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing and lead generation and a passion for leveraging data-driven insights to optimize campaign performance. Key Responsibilities:- Strategy Development:
- Design and implement multi-channel online demand generation campaigns that align with our business goals and target audience.
- Identify key market segments and buyer personas to tailor messaging and optimize campaign effectiveness.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and refine lead-generation strategies that drive measurable results.
- Campaign Management:
- Created and managed online advertising campaigns across various platforms, including Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Facebook Ads.
- Develop and execute email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, automation, and personalization to engage prospects and nurture leads.
- I oversee creating content for landing pages, ad copy, and lead magnets to ensure they align with campaign objectives and drive conversions.
- Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, marketing automation platforms, and CRM systems.
- Generate regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as lead volume, conversion rates, cost per lead, and ROI.
- Use data-driven insights to optimize campaigns, identify trends, and make informed recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Lead Nurturing and Conversion:
- Develop and implement lead nurturing strategies to engage and convert prospects through targeted email sequences, retargeting ads, and personalized content.
- I will work closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth handoff of qualified leads and provide support in the lead qualification process.

- Bachelorβs degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience (3+ years) in online demand generation, digital marketing, or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels, including search engine marketing (SEM), social media advertising, and email marketing.
- Proficiency in using marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics).
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to handle multiple campaigns and priorities simultaneously.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment and demonstrate initiative and self-discipline.
- Experience with A/B testing and optimization strategies.
- Familiarity with SEO best practices and content marketing strategies.
- Knowledge of lead generation best practices and lead scoring methodologies.
