Core Responsibilities
Facilitate Engaging Online Training Sessions
- ✨ Conduct live, interactive sessions across global time zones that cater to various cultural and learning styles
- Customize content to address team-specific knowledge gaps, roles, and professional development levels
- ⏰ Utilize breakout rooms, polls, interactive whiteboards, and gamification to make virtual sessions engaging and memorable
Develop Training Materials
- Build end-to-end learning programs for new hires, leadership teams, and role-specific technical tracks
- Translate complex ideas into accessible and action-oriented content, combining text, video, quizzes, and live instruction
- Ensure all training aligns with company goals and department needs and evolves with changing business priorities
Deliver Personalized Coaching
- Conduct one-on-one coaching calls and create individualized development plans
- Empower employees with confidence to lead, communicate effectively, and take ownership of their learning journeys
- Offer continuous support, progress tracking, and resources that enable long-term professional growth
Monitor and Improve Learning Outcomes
- Set clear learning objectives and use analytics to track learner progress, identify gaps, and tailor support
- Use surveys, feedback loops, and course reviews to fine-tune training delivery and effectiveness
- Implement new training strategies based on research, industry benchmarks, and internal insights
Required Qualifications
Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, Psychology, Communication, or a related discipline
- A minimum of three years designing and delivering training for remote or hybrid corporate environments
Technical Skills
- ✨ Experience with modern LMS platforms (such as Moodle, TalentLMS, Canvas, or similar)
- Proficiency in virtual training tools, including Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Miro, and collaborative whiteboarding apps
- Knowledge of instructional design methodologies (e.g., ADDIE, SAM), adult learning theory, and e-learning authoring tools
Interpersonal Competencies
- Culturally aware and able to adapt messaging to international and multilingual audiences
- Strong presentation, storytelling, and interpersonal communication skills that resonate across learning styles
