Virtual teams don't run themselves. Someone has to keep the calendar sane, the files organized, and the projects moving even when half the team is in a different time zone. That's the role we're filling:
Online Administrative Operations Coordinator, remote, full-time.
This isn't a job for someone who wants to be told exactly what to do each morning. You'll be expected to notice what needs fixing before anyone asksβa scheduling conflict, a clunky workflow, an overdue reportβand just handle it.
What the role covers
You'll split your time between administrative support and operations coordination. On the admin side, that means managing correspondence, prepping documents and reports, and keeping digital files organized enough that nobody has to ask, "Where's that file?" twice. On the operations side, you're running the systems that keep a remote team functioning β virtual meetings, online tools, project timelines, the whole backbone of day-to-day work.
Day-to-day tasks
- Manage emails, scheduling, and correspondence for senior management and the wider team
- Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations with a close eye for accuracy
- Keep digital files and records current and easy to find
- Coordinate virtual meetings, webinars, and collaborative online projects
- Monitor the team's online tools and platforms, and troubleshoot issues as they come up
- Support project planning and tracking, keeping deadlines and deliverables on schedule
- Act as a point of contact between team members, stakeholders, and outside partners
- Draft internal communications, meeting agendas, and status updates
- Collect and organize operational data, turning it into reports that actually help decisions get made
- Spot inefficient processes and propose fixes rather than just working around them
What you'll need
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree (minimum requirement).
Experience:
3 years minimum in an administrative or operations coordination role, ideally in a remote setting.
- Comfortable working across Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and common project management tools
- Strong organizational skills β you should be able to juggle several priorities without letting one slip
- Clear written and verbal communication, with real attention to detail
- The judgment to work independently, plus the collaboration skills to work well within a team
- Experience turning raw data into reports or summaries that are actually usable
Also useful
- Prior experience supporting a fully distributed or international team
- Familiarity with automation tools that reduce manual admin work
- Background in process documentation or workflow design
- Comfortably adjusting your schedule occasionally to cover different time zones
Pay and benefits
This role pays an annual salary of $55,000. Along with that, you'll get:
- Fully remote work with flexibility in where you're based
- A collaborative, supportive team environment rather than a sink-or-swim setup
- Room to grow into broader operations responsibilities over time
- Exposure to meaningful projects, not just repetitive busywork

Naukri Mitra, this one offers a genuine mix of structure and autonomy that's harder to find in similar listings.
A note on working hours
This is a remote position with location flexibility, but it's not a strict nine-to-five arrangement. You may occasionally need to be available outside standard hours, particularly for urgent tasks or coordination across time zones. A reliable internet connection and a proper home office setup are essential.
