Job Responsibilities:
As a Security Guard, your primary responsibilities will include:

- Control access to the premises by checking identification, verifying visitor credentials, and ensuring only authorized individuals enter restricted areas.
- Conduct thorough inspections of bags and vehicles as necessary.
- Incident Response:
- Respond promptly to alarms and emergencies, coordinating with local authorities as needed.
- Write detailed reports of incidents and activities that occur during your shift.
- Customer Service:
- Interact with clients, employees, and the public courteously and professionally.
- Provide assistance and information to visitors while ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
- Safety Inspections:
- Conduct safety inspections of the facility to identify potential hazards and report them to management.
- Participate in safety drills and training programs to ensure preparedness for emergencies.
- Communication:
- Maintain clear communication with fellow security personnel and management to report any irregularities or updates.
- Utilize communication devices effectively to ensure quick response times.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education in criminal justice or related field is a plus.
- Proven experience in security or a related field preferred.
- Strong observational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to remain calm and act decisively in emergencies.
- Physical fitness and stamina to handle the demands of the job.
- Valid security guard license and first aid/CPR certification preferred.
