  3. Quality Control: Adhere to strict quality control protocols to ensure the integrity and reproducibility of laboratory procedures. Regularly calibrate equipment, validate test methods, and participate in proficiency testing programs to uphold standards of excellence.
  4. Instrument Maintenance: Maintain laboratory instruments and equipment in optimal working condition by cleaning, sterilizing, and performing routine maintenance procedures. Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and coordinate repairs as needed.
  5. Compliance and Safety: Follow established safety protocols and regulatory guidelines to maintain a safe and compliant laboratory environment. Handle hazardous materials and biohazardous waste according to established procedures, ensuring the safety of yourself and others.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Medical Laboratory Technology, Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Microbiology, or a related field. Master's degree preferred for senior positions.
  • Previous experience working in a clinical or research laboratory setting is desirable but not required for entry-level positions.
