Our client, a dynamic and growth-oriented company, is seeking a skilled HR Manager to oversee and enhance its human resources operations remotely. Position Overview: The HR Manager will lead and manage all aspects of human resources, from recruitment and employee relations to compliance and strategic initiatives. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills and a passion for creating a positive and productive work environment. You will work closely with senior leadership to align HR practices with organizational goals and ensure a seamless employee experience.Key Responsibilities:
- Talent Acquisition and Recruitment:
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent for various roles.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.
- Build and maintain a strong employer brand to enhance recruitment efforts.
- Employee Relations:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employee concerns, fostering a supportive and inclusive workplace culture.
- Address and resolve employee conflicts, grievances, and disciplinary issues fairly and consistently.
- Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives across the organization.
- HR Policies and Compliance:
- Develop, update, and enforce HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Conduct regular audits to maintain compliance with local, state, and federal employment laws.
- Guide management and employees on HR-related issues and best practices.
- Performance Management:
- Oversee the performance appraisal process, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and employee development.
- Collaborate with managers to set clear performance expectations and provide regular feedback.
- Identify and address performance gaps through coaching and training initiatives.
- Learning and Development:
- Design and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
- Identify opportunities for professional development and succession planning.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
- Compensation and Benefits:
- Administer and oversee payroll, benefits, and compensation programs to ensure accuracy and competitiveness.
- Conduct market research to benchmark salaries and benefits against industry standards.
- Guide employee benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and wellness programs.
- HR Data and Reporting:
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR metrics to support decision-making.
- Generate regular reports on key HR metrics, such as turnover, engagement, and recruitment success.
- Use data insights to inform HR strategies and initiatives.
- Remote Workforce Management:
- Develop strategies to ensure engagement, productivity, and connectivity among remote employees.
- Implement tools and practices to support practical remote work, including virtual team-building activities.
- Address challenges unique to remote work environments, such as communication and collaboration.
Qualifications:
- Bachelorβs degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Masterβs degree preferred.
- 5+ years of HR management experience, preferably in a remote or hybrid work environment.
- Comprehensive knowledge of employment laws, HR best practices, and compliance requirements.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
- Proven experience with HRIS systems and other HR tools for managing payroll, benefits, and performance.
- Exceptional problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement strategic HR initiatives.
- HR certifications such as PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP are a plus.
