We’re hiring for full-time, tech-supported roles such as:

• Home Nurse – Help track daily vitals, give meds, and use basic care monitoring apps
• Caretaker – Support elders with assisted movement, feeding routines, and scheduled rest cycles
• Japa Maid – Care for newborns and postnatal mothers with both traditional methods and digital sleep/feed logs

Each role includes live-in accommodation and access to our support team via phone and mobile app.

Salary Structure

Monthly Salary Range: ₹11,000 – ₹18,281 depending on your experience, tools used, and household needs.

Daily Tools & Setup

Most homes you’ll work in are digitally equipped. You’ll either be provided or trained on:

• A caregiver mobile dashboard for daily logs
• WhatsApp alerts from family for task updates
• Thermometer and oximeter usage
• Digital feeding schedules (for baby care)
• Pill tracker reminders for elder medication

If a home lacks digital comfort, we onboard them with the tools needed for you to work safely and efficiently.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Expect structured tasks with clear updates:

• Morning hygiene and movement support
• Logging medication intake with time stamps
• Voice/video check-ins (optional)
• Basic cooking or meal prep (as needed)
• Cleaning and sanitizing care areas
• Noting mood or behavioral changes in the app log

You’ll never be handed more than you can handle. Each task is set clearly in advance.

Work Environment

Every home is digitally verified and monitored through our innovative placement system. You’ll receive:
